Effective Date: 16.07.2026 Welcome to Coloring Games for Kids ("the App"). These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the App provided by Dyakova Anna ("Developer", "we", "our", or "us"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the App.
Coloring Games for Kids is a children's coloring application that provides digital coloring pages, collectible stickers, virtual in-app rewards, and additional optional digital content. The App is intended for entertainment and creative activities. Some features may require an Internet connection.
The App is designed for children and families. Parents or legal guardians are responsible for supervising children's use of the App, including any purchases made through the App. Where required by applicable law, parental consent should be obtained before using certain features.
Subject to these Terms, the Developer grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App solely for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not: * copy or redistribute the App; * modify or create derivative works; * reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to obtain the source code; * remove copyright or proprietary notices; * use the App for unlawful purposes.
The App may include: * coloring pages; * sticker collections; * downloadable content; * premium content; * future content updates. All digital content is licensed to you. Purchasing digital content does not transfer ownership of the content or any intellectual property rights.
The App may include virtual currency that can be earned or purchased. Virtual currency: * has no monetary value; * is not legal tender; * cannot be exchanged for cash; * cannot be transferred to another user; * cannot be redeemed outside the App. The Developer may modify, replace, remove, or discontinue virtual currency at any time.
The App may include collectible stickers and collections. Collection progress exists solely within the App and has no monetary value. Collected stickers may become unavailable if application data is removed or the App is uninstalled.
The App does not require user accounts. User progress, settings, unlocked content, and locally stored data are saved only on the user's device. If the App is deleted, device data is cleared, or the operating system removes application data, this information may be permanently lost. The Developer is not responsible for restoring lost local progress.
Some features require an Internet connection, including but not limited to: * rewarded advertisements; * in-app purchases; * premium content validation; * content synchronization, if introduced in future versions. Offline use remains available for supported features.
The App may allow users to voluntarily watch advertisements in exchange for virtual rewards. Rewards are granted only after successful confirmation from the advertising provider. If an advertisement fails to load, is interrupted, or cannot be verified, rewards may not be issued. The Developer is not responsible for failures caused by third-party advertising services or Internet connectivity.
The App may offer optional purchases, including but not limited to: * premium features; * premium subscriptions; * sticker packs; * coloring packs; * virtual currency; * other digital content. All purchases are optional. Prices may change without prior notice. Availability of products may differ by country or platform.
The App may offer Premium access. Premium access may unlock additional content or features. Specific Premium functionality may change over time. Subscription billing, renewal, cancellation, and refunds are handled by the applicable application store.
All purchases are processed by the platform through which the App is distributed. Refunds are subject to the policies of the applicable app store, including Google Play or any other authorized distribution platform. The Developer does not process payment information directly.
The App may display advertisements provided by third-party advertising networks. Advertisements help support the continued development of the App. The Developer does not control the content of advertisements supplied by third-party advertising providers.
The App, including but not limited to: * software; * artwork; * illustrations; * coloring pages; * stickers; * graphics; * animations; * sounds; * logos; * trademarks; * text; is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. All rights not expressly granted remain reserved by the Developer.
You agree not to: * cheat or manipulate the App; * use automated software; * exploit bugs; * interfere with the operation of the App; * distribute modified versions; * extract artwork or assets for redistribution; * use App content in commercial projects without written permission.
The Developer may release updates, bug fixes, balance changes, new features, or remove existing functionality at any time. Continued use of the App after updates constitutes acceptance of the modified version.
The App is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE." To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Developer disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. The Developer does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Developer shall not be liable for: * loss of user progress; * loss of virtual currency; * loss of unlocked content due to local data deletion; * interruption of services; * advertising failures; * purchase failures caused by third-party services; * indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages.
The Developer may suspend or terminate access to the App if these Terms are violated. You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it.
The Developer may update these Terms periodically. The latest version will be made available through the App or the Developer's website. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of any revised Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand, without regard to conflict of law principles.
